Niche is fitness / health based The responsibility: 8x Long Form Videos Per Month (10-15 minutes) 30x Short form videos per month (10x edits, 10x simple talking corner head with images, 10x board videos) Checking analytics on the long form videos, understanding where retention was high/low and why, replicating in future videos to progressively improve always. A long-form has to hold someone for the full runtime: tight pacing, clean structure, visuals that carry the explanation, not a wasted second. You own how all of it looks and feels. This is where long-form is different. You have to understand our subject inside out, because you cannot edit dense educational content well if you do not actually grasp it. You decide what to emphasise, what to cut, and what visual makes an idea land, and that only happens if you genuinely understand the material and care about getting it right. The subject is specialised and it matters. Everything we put out has to be accurate and credible while still holding attention.
