Doe reported the incident to the Army Criminal Investigation Division in May 2022, and Suh was subsequently charged and pleaded guilty in June 2026. “My intent was to use the Xanax to unwittingly sedate my girlfriend so that I could then administer the abortion pills, which I had obtained via the online pharmacy,” Suh said, according to the complaint filed against him.
