We have Ryan Corbett, the company's CFO here.He's going to walk us through the transformation of this -- what was just a mine and is now a really integrated part not only of the automotive market, but also the Department of War and the next generation of a number of different industries, including robotics.The company has about 242 million fully diluted shares once you account for converts and preferred into warrants. It's about a $9.5 billion equity cap, a great balance sheet, about $8.2 billion total enterprise value. So Ryan is going to walk us through some slides, and we will take it from there.
