TheMatchProject - Looking for feedback on organising a small matchmaking pilot

Wait 5 sec.

I’m working on TheMatchProject, an early community effort to make matchmaking more affordable for people serious about marriage. I’d like to run it with an NGO mindset and keep participation costs low. The idea is to use AI conversations to understand participants’ expectations and preferences, build profiles they can review and correct, and suggest introductions that require interest from both people. The first pilot would onboard men and women from a small segment and see how many mutually accepted matches we can make. The segment, group size, and timeline still need to be agreed. We’ve published a working concept, an initial roadmap, and a contribution guide. I’d appreciate feedback on how to organise contributions so newcomers can understand the project and pick up a manageable piece of work. I’m also looking for people interested in small voluntary contributions, particularly around product planning, process design, research, and coordination. A first contribution could be drafting five onboarding questions, mapping one participant flow, or working through a fictional matching example. The work and decisions will stay public at r/TheMatchProject. Current concept and pilot outline What would you change about how we’re breaking down the first phase? submitted by /u/DrawingBrief9737 [link] [comments]
