I loved the original Switch modding scene because neither modchips nor RCM are software-dependent. For the Switch 2, I've already bought all the currently released games I want to play, and since there isn't a huge library of exclusives yet, there's no real reason to wait for piracy. Plus, I now own an ROG Xbox Ally X that I can use for emulation and playing original Switch games. Are there any other reasons to stay on firmware 23.01? The only other benefit I can think of is game modding, though I assume soon we'll be able to use an emulator for that. submitted by /u/Mountain-Letter-4284 [link] [comments]
