I've spent over 20 years working in Learning & Development, and one thing has always fascinated me. We spend so much time thinking about how to develop ourselves, but how much time do we spend noticing how we're actually responding to the situations around us? That question led me to develop The Mirror by CTRL. It's a scenario-based self-awareness assessment built around a simple idea: we're not one fixed type of person. How we respond can change depending on the situation, the people involved and what's happening around us. Rather than assigning a personality label, it offers a personal profile intended to help you reflect on your patterns and possible responses. I'm now looking for people who are genuinely curious about self-awareness and would like to experience it. I'm not necesarily looking for feedback on the website itself, the design or the technology but I'm always open to comments. I'm much more interested in what happens after you've completed the assessment and read your profile. Did something feel familiar? Did anything surprise you? Was there something you questioned? Did it make you think differently about how you respond in certain situations? You don't need to agree with everything in the profile. In fact, I'm just as interested in the parts you disagree with. It's a mirror, not a judgement. I'm opening a small number of complimentary places for people willing to complete the full assessment, read their personal profile and share their reflections. If that interests you, leave a comment and I'll share the details. You can find more info at https://mirrorbyctrl.com I'd love to hear what you notice. submitted by /u/ctrltnlearner [link] [comments]
