I made a 3D Printed Longclaw and I need a bit of help.

Wait 5 sec.

Hey everyone! I’ve been working hard on this project and could use some advice on how to make the finish pop. Here is the process I followed so far: Assembly: Glued the 3D printed pieces together using epoxy. Reinforcement: Ran two M4 rebar rods right through the circle of all the pieces, epoxied them in place, and let it fully cure for structural strength. Surface Prep: Sanded it until no tomorrow—seriously, a lot of elbow grease went into smoothing the seams. Painting: Primed it with a gray primer, waited about 15–20 minutes, and followed up with a coat of silver spray paint. This is how it’s looking right now. Since I've put so much effort into the build, I really want to nail the final look. What can I do at this stage to improve it? Any tips for weathering, clear coats, or further detailing would be hugely appreciated! submitted by /u/musti2235 [link] [comments]
