Hey everyone. I've been building PisteJob for the past months and just made a short video showing how it works. The problem I kept seeing: job hunting means reading hundreds of postings to find the few that actually fit, then rewriting your resume and cover letter for each one. And a lot of the "AI job tools" fix this by mass-applying for you, which recruiters hate. So I went the other way. You upload your resume, and PisteJob: - suggests the job titles that fit your background - reads job boards and companies' own career pages - scores each offer out of 100 and shows the reason (title, keywords, contract, location) - flags doubtful ads (reposted many times, online for weeks, no real tasks described) - tailors your resume to an offer without inventing anything: if the job asks for a skill you don't have, it tells you instead of adding it - drafts the cover letter and the follow-up, and preps you for the interview It never sends anything. You review and you hit send. It works in 9 languages and you can search in other countries too. I'd really like blunt feedback: what would make you trust a tool like this with your job search, and what's missing? submitted by /u/aymantj [link] [comments]
