I’ve been stuck with a blue copy for ages. I’d heard getting the plastic licence from CVR was long, stressful and expensive, and a couple of guys from CVR even offered to "sort it out" for me for $80, so I kept putting it off. This morning I Googled it and found out you can just WhatsApp CVR on 0778 112 264. I said hi and the bot replied straight away with the booking options and a way to track the card (screenshot attached). It’s such a relief to have a simple way to do this now. And when you can book and track everything yourself, there’s no need for middlemen or for slipping someone something to move your file along. I really hope more government services go this way.
