Some time ago, I updated my POCO F6 Pro (vermeer) to HyperOS 3. Everything was fine until things went wrong: when the battery dropped to 5%, the phone suddenly shut down. Even when I plugged it in, it would only turn on at 1% and wouldn't show that it was charging. The issue persisted, even after I reinstalled the software and factory-reset the phone.
