Roblox games get bought and sold a lot now (Roblox added official ownership transfers in December 2024), but a lot of the devs are teenagers with no idea what their game is worth, so they get lowballed. So I built spawnbook.com/value?via=reddit. You type what your game made in the last 30 days (in Robux, visits or dollars), pick how it's trending, and it gives you a price range and what would move it up. It all runs in the browser and nothing gets saved. The math: Robux convert at the DevEx rate ($0.0038 each), then it multiplies by how long games like yours usually keep earning. That's about 1 to 2 months of revenue for fast-rising trend games and 3 to 6 for slower-building ones, capped at 12. The bigger project is Spawnbook, a daily board of fast-growing young Roblox games for the studios that buy them. I'd love feedback: - Does the calculator make sense if you've never touched Roblox? - Is anything on the page confusing? submitted by /u/2hypeismylife [link] [comments]
