Looking for recommendations for a good, feature-rich GTA V Story Mode mod menu for the PS4 version running on PS5. A little about my setup and what I'm looking for: Kstuff only (no etaHEN). Strictly offline, no online or multiplayer features. 60 FPS patched or using Illusion's patch with CheatRunner. Lots of vehicle, NPC, animal, and object spawning options. Weather, time-of-day, and environment manipulation. Plenty of fun player, vehicle, and world features. Basically, I'm looking to get the most out of GTA V as an offline sandbox.
