Hey everyone, I just got a new Switch 2 and booted it up for the first time. I deliberately haven't connected it to the internet yet to avoid any background firmware updates. Right now, I'm at the initial setup screen where it asks if I want to transfer data from an older Switch. My old Switch 1 is jailbroken (running CFW). My question is: Could I theoretically put a game with a known exploit on my hacked Switch 1 and use the local/offline transfer process to move it over to the Switch 2? Does this transfer process force a background server check anyway, or is it a viable offline entry point? My original backup plan was to track down a physical copy of Civilization VII, but physical versions are unfortunately completely sold out everywhere right now. Since I can't get my hands on Civ VII, is there anything else I can safely do right now to get an entry point on a fresh, offline console without risking an accidental firmware update?
