Key Area to Watch for $BrentCrude Oil Brent (Cash)BLACKBULL:BRENTMax_Trader_IQBRENT crude is actively declining amid the de-escalation of the conflict between the US and Iran. How can we trade this? Short positions could be worth considering, if it's not too late, as the recent price movements have produced bounces without forming FVGs. The first target of the current correction is the $103.6–$101.2 order block. This is the first potential area where we could expect a bounce. However, personally, I expect the decline to continue because: 1️⃣ CMF shows a significant liquidity outflow and position closures. There seems to be little interest in buying the dip. 2️⃣ CVD shows longs being absorbed by large short orders, which usually signals that the correction could continue. 3️⃣ Selling volume shows a divergence with price. As the price declines, selling volume continues to increase, meaning there are still plenty of sellers in the market. In this situation, buyers cannot take control. 4️⃣ Price has lost its six-month ascending trendline support, failed to reclaim it, and moved lower. This marks a full transition into a downtrend for the first time in six months. I've already opened a short from $110, targeting $101. If we get a bounce from the order block, I might open another short, provided the situation remains unchanged.
