What do you guys think about the plans for the new football stadium in Zagreb, Croatia, where Dinamo Zagreb and the Croatian national team would play their home matches? https://stadiumdb.com/news/2026/09/croatia_design_for_dinamo_zagrebs_new_stadium_unveiled There seems to be overwhelming opposition to the chosen design, mainly because one of the key requirements was for the stadium to have a fully covered roof and a unified, continuous structure. Yet, out of 88 submissions to the architectural competition, the jury ended up selecting the only design that apparently fails to meet that requirement. Personally, I think it's a bit disappointing, especially considering how long Zagreb has been waiting for a proper modern stadium. I'm curious to hear what people outside Croatia think about the design.
