Couldn't find a specific answer on the internet. So you put ice on an injury to reduce swelling. I looked it up, and swelling is caused by blood rushing to the injury to heal it. If so, doesn't reducing the swelling hinder the healing process?   submitted by   /u/GuyGBoi [link]   [comments]
