my photos are all in google drive and for years it was just one giant pile. at some point i got fed up and sorted everything by hand into year folders with seasons inside. took me whole weekend and i never want to do that again so now i'm wondering if it's worth making a tool that does it for you. you connect your drive, it looks at the dates, shows you what it's going to do, then moves everything into year/month folders. nothing gets downloaded and you can undo it if you hate the result haven't built it yet. i made a small page with a short form to see if anyone cares, link's in the comments the part i keep going back and forth on is permissions. it would need access to your whole drive and i'm honestly not sure i'd say yes to that myself. would you? also thinking $9 one time, no subscription. no idea if that's right if you'd never use this just tell me, i'd rather find out now submitted by /u/BekirK123 [link] [comments]
