I've been working on HomeIntel, a free tool available in English and Spanish to help people make better homebuying decisions. You can quickly estimate what you can afford, compare buying vs. renting, and explore how different scenarios might affect your decision. My goal is to make real estate decisions easier to understand, especially for first-time buyers. Try it here: https://homeintel-9bke0rleo-homeintel.vercel.app No signup required! I'd love honest feedback. Is it easy to use? Would you actually use something like this? What would you improve? submitted by /u/xWhiteIverson11 [link] [comments]
