When installing local RSS readers like RSS guard or other similar, if we setup RSS feeds of websites at 1 minute interval polling rate, does it mean the software will use our own IP address to ping website's servers to get the latest threads from each site? And if we use a web based RSS feed service, does it mean that web based RSS feed service will use their own IP address to get RSS feeds of everything?
