I started a new grad position last week, together with six other RNs. One of the people in the group created a group chat and did not add me. Today when I heard them talking about the group, I said “oh you created a group chat?” This person says “yes, aren’t you in it?” I said “no! Can you add me please?” I would have never done this to someone! I feel like she is trying to exclude me? I don’t know! I just don’t know how to act from now on. Did she really do that on a malicious way? We are not a huge group. She has my number. Is she being mean? Should I ignore her or be fake with her and cordial?
