Jamie Carragher has identified Manchester City as the team best equipped to challenge Arsenal for the Premier League title after assessing the business completed by clubs during the summer transfer window.The Gunners are the team to beat as the defending champions and have started the new campaign with back-to-back league wins. That strong beginning allows Arsenal to build momentum as they look to retain the title.However, there will be tougher matches ahead, and the Premier League season is a long one.
