This is an opportunity to get a long entry in with a tight stop loss when it touches the bottom of the channel. It will also provide an opportunity to short it if it breaks below, but always wait for the retest. I also use the stoch rsi when determining a good entry for either a short or a long. Im currently in a long trade with AAVE with a tight stop loss so ill most likely let it ride in hopes we break above this channel.
