Power Grid shares gained attention after the state-owned transmission company received an LoI for a 6,000 MW inter-state transmission project linking Barmer in Rajasthan with South Kalamb in Maharashtra. The project carries quoted annual transmission charges of Rs 3,244.33 crore.
