The decline pushed price back into the long-term rising trendline and the broad demand area below. That was the point where sellers needed to take full control. They did not. Instead, ETH found buyers, rejected the lows, and recovered back toward the current resistance zone. The move is still developing, but it is the first sign that the recent decline may be losing momentum. The move back above 2,400 Ethereum is now trying to establish itself above the 2,400 area. This matters because price spent time below it during the sell-off, and reclaiming it would shift the short-term structure in a more constructive direction. A clean hold above this area would suggest that the bounce is not just another temporary reaction from support. It would show that buyers are beginning to regain control. What the structure is showing The broader weekly trendline remains intact, and the recent low formed directly around a major historical demand zone. That does not guarantee an immediate rally. But it does tell us that the market has reached an area where the downside became much harder to extend. The sharp buyer response from that zone is the detail worth paying attention to. Current outlook My view remains bullish while ETH holds above the long-term rising trendline. If the current recovery can hold and build momentum, the next major upside focus is around 4,700. Trading approach At this stage, I would not chase a single bullish candle. The better signal would be price holding above the reclaimed area and showing that buyers can defend it on any retest. A move back below the major demand zone would weaken this bullish idea. But while the weekly structure remains supported, I prefer to focus on the upside. The chart is still early in its recovery, but ETH may be starting to tell a different story: sellers had their chance at a major level, and buyers answered.
