If you run some sort of "identification service" today, specifically in the private sector but also including within the government at any branch we must demand that in exchange for forcing us to hand over identification information to said entity every director, officer and employee is held both criminally and civilly liable on a personal basis if said data is stolen.The latest example of this is "IDScan" which is a firm that other companies (like the car-rental outfit Hertz) uses to verify identities in the commercial realm.
