A downtown Minneapolis apartment building shooting resulted in two civilian deaths. The suspect also died, and three police officers sustained injuries. Two officers were wounded by gunfire and are in stable condition. Residents heard multiple gunshots and saw a man with a pistol. State and federal authorities are assisting local law enforcement with the investigation.
