GRAM: The SEC Killed Gram in 2020. Now It's Back.Gram (prev. Toncoin)CRYPTO:GRAMUSDStockWhaleXDirection: Long The headlines say founder risk. The on-chain work says a treasury is accumulating and a wallet is rolling out. Both are true, and that is the trade. GRAM is the rebranded Toncoin. In June, Durov restored the original 2018 Gram name as step four of seven in the "Make TON Great Again" plan, passed by an 81.22% governance vote. Binance finished the full TON to GRAM switch around July 2. Then the catalysts stacked: the native wallet promise in July, the actual beta rollout in late August, and the Config -123 and Config 30 validator upgrades. The money side is the interesting part. TON Strategy Company, a Nasdaq-listed treasury, holds 230.5 million GRAM, about 4.4% of supply, nearly all staked at 17% yield, booking around 15 million dollars in Q2 staking revenue, and says it is still accumulating. Against that sits the TON Believers Fund, which unlocks about 37 million GRAM every 30 days into 2028. A buyer and a seller, both public. 📈 The chart Here is the setup. GRAM trades at $1.3720 today, inside a small descending channel, and the trade is a breakout. Last time it ran toward the 50% Fibonacci and stopped just short. This time the thesis is it gets there. The 50% retrace of the whole decline sits at $2.89, which is plus 110% from here. Below that, the first walls are $1.49 and then $1.78. The base holds around $1.32 to $1.40. I am not setting a higher target, because even if we tag $2.89 I expect a serious correction right after. Market makers are not generous enough to let everyone get paid, and the blade cuts longs and shorts alike. I am not publishing a stop loss. Everyone sizes their own risk. Durov, don't let us down. Disclosure: long GRAM from around $1.3720. Educational, not advice.
