Arsenal appear to have won the race for Georgian wonderkid Andria Bartishvili, who has been compared to PSG star Khvicha Kvaratskhelia in his homeland.The teenager is developing quickly and has become one of the finest young players in Europe while competing for Iberia 1999 on loan from Kolkheti 1913.
