One of Malta’s most closely followed trials came to a dramatic end last night, with scenes unfolding across Valletta following Yorgen Fenech’s acquittal.After two months of proceedings, jurors found Fenech not guilty of complicity in the murder of Daphne Caruana Galizia and criminal association, voting 8-1 on both charges.
