That's a black walnut tree, though. My husband kicked around the idea for a while of planting some as an investment, lmao. Sure, it takes 30 years, but in 30 years if you have six of those trees it's worth quite a bit. But I told him hell no, because not only do you have to keep them healthy but then you have to process the wood. It doesn't really seem like the gold mine he was making it out to be.
