TreasurySpring, the global cash investment platform, has announced the appointment of Olivia Maguire as Senior Director, Capital Markets, deepening the company’s expertise across institutional liquidity and money markets.Olivia joins TreasurySpring after 25 years at J.P. Morgan, most recently as a Senior Global Liquidity Short Term Fixed Income Portfolio Manager and Trader in the Asset Management division. As lead manager of the Sterling-denominated Liquidity Fund range and co-manager of the Euro Liquidity Fund range, she oversaw more than $40 billion in AUM. She previously managed the Euro Government Liquidity Fund, the Japanese Yen Offshore Liquidity Fund and the EMEA Managed Reserve business.Olivia began her career in technology and project management roles across J.P. Morgan's Corporate & Investment Bank, working on swaps, derivatives and electronic trading systems, and at its Private Bank, focusing on client portfolio rebalancing.Alongside her portfolio management career, Olivia has contributed to the development of the sterling and euro money markets through roles with the Bank of England's SONIA Stakeholder Advisory Group and Money Markets Committee, the European Central Bank's Money Market Contact Group, and the Investment Committee of the Institutional Money Market Funds Association, which she chaired.At TreasurySpring, Olivia will work closely with the company’s leadership, capital markets and commercial teams to strengthen and expand its institutional cash investment offering.
