Havana, Ooh Na-Na: A Cuban Food And Rum Night Is Coming To LOA This Wednesday For One Night Only

Wait 5 sec.

LOA is turning up the Cuban energy on Wednesday 9th September, with a one-night dining experience built around Cuban-inspired flavours, rum, cocktails and a four-course menu made for a proper night out.The evening kicks off at 7:30pm, with guests taken through four courses and four curated drink pairings, each designed to work together as one complete food-and-drink experience.LOA, which features in the MICHELIN Guide, sits in the Sirens coastal area of St Paul’s Bay, near the historic Wignacourt Tower, serving a contemporary take on Nuevo Latino cuisine in a South American restaurant-and-lounge setting. And this Wednesday, LOA is transporting us to Cuba as part of its A Taste of South America series.Expect pork, cassava, plantain, pineapple, lime and rum, with dishes including Panino Cubano, Patacones con Guacamole, Lechón y Cassava, Cuba Libre Short Ribs and a tropical Rum Baba to finish. The drinks are just as much part of the experience, with a pairing served alongside each stage of the menu and rum woven throughout the night, culminating in an Eminente tasting at the end.So this is less “dinner and a drink” and more four courses, four pairings and a full evening built around Cuban flavour and rum culture. The entire experience costs €65 per person.A Taste of South America: Cuba takes place on Wednesday 9th September at 7:30pm. Seating is limited, so booking ahead is recommended.Click here to book.Tag someone you are going with•
