(KSHDCL) will launch an upgraded e-commerce portal soon. According to KSHDCL officials, the portal is being developed and is proposed to be launched during the upcoming Ganesha festival. H.R. Rajappa, MD, KSHDCL, said: “The existing e-commerce portal was developed in 2012. The new platform is being designed not merely as a visual upgrade, but also to make it customer-friendly.”Customised Product OptionMr. Rajappa said one of the key features of the new portal will be the ‘Customise Product’ option. Customers will be able to submit specific requirements relating to size, design, colour, material, engraving, personalisation, quantity, and packaging.
