Tata Realty & Infrastructure Ltd (TRIL) has appointed Gaurav Jain as its new MD and CEO, effective October 1, succeeding Sanjay Dutt, who has led the company since 2018. Jain brings over 23 years of real estate experience across Birla Estates, Godrej Properties, Mahindra Lifespace Developers and Unitech Group.
