Sebi has barred Varanium Cloud and promoter Harshawardhan Sabale from the securities market for seven years, citing misleading disclosures, inflated financials and diversion of IPO and rights issue funds. The regulator ordered recovery of diverted money and disgorgement of unlawful gains.
