"What’s good for the group?” Or even “What’s best for the group?” You know why it changed my life? Because it taught me to be in Fe (Feeling Extraverted) function. And it's our first judgment function. Before that I was in a constant Ni-Ti loop trying to push myself to do actions to change my life. It was daunting, frustrating, draining. Now, I know what's my favourite decision-making process and I love to activate it. I simply ask myself "what's the best thing to do for the team?" "The team" being the people that are important to me. Then I act. I think less. I trust my intuitions even more. I'll give you an example. Before, I was always checking my phone to see If my girlfriend answered me... Now, I ask myself "Is always checking my phone and answering fast the best for us?" And then I just act in the way I believe it's the way (Ni). It made my life easier, more productive and less stressful. Do you have any experience with leaning into your Fe function? submitted by /u/Vast_Host_5823 [link] [comments]
