this is forest park IL. a one bedroom apartment costs around $1200-$1400. given that this is just a private bedroom in someone else’s home and they have to share a bathroom, I’d say maybe $800 is reasonable. so basically she wants some to pay over market value AND help her with her kid and chores. that’s a no from me lol.
