Bhatti Vikramarka has said.He stated that Telangana had emerged as one of the best destinations for investments and the government was committed to provide infrastructure required by the industrial sector without any shortage of power or water. He invited industries and investors from across the country to invest in Telangana in the manufacturing and services sectors.Speaking after inaugurating Power Exhibition–2026 organised by the Southern Power Distribution Company of Telangana Ltd (TGSPDCL) here on Saturday, he said long-term plans were being formulated to anticipate future energy requirements and enhance power generation and supply capacities through thermal, solar, hydel, pumped storage and battery storage among other avenues.The exhibition was organised to create awareness among the public, particularly students, about the achievements of the Energy Department, the reforms being introduced and the use of modern technology. He appreciated the services being rendered by employees of the power utilities stating that though their work would not always be visible, their contribution was extremely important to the development of the State, he said.Despite a significant increase in power demand the government had been able to ensure uninterrupted power supply without difficulties, the Deputy Chief Minister said. He stated that consumer problems were being resolved quickly through the 1912 toll-free service and “Power Ambulances”.Special Chief Secretary (Energy) Naveen Mittal, Chairman and Managing Director of TGSPDCL Jitesh V. Patil, CMDs K. Varun Reddy (TGNPDCL), D.
