It absolutely is unreasonable to accept a free item that would otherwise be expensive then come back and say you don't like it and want a different one. The wording of a request doesn't change what is being asked and it's astounding that some people are trying to pretend it does. Again, this is the literal definition of a CB and if you think it's acceptable to be a CB, you're on the wrong subreddit.
