Ethereum: Accumulation After BreakoutEthereum / U.S. dollarBITSTAMP:ETHUSDInvestWorld_777Ethereum is showing a constructive technical structure on the daily chart after breaking above the long-term descending trendline and leaving the previous accumulation range. The current price around $2,492 is holding above the 20/50/100/200 EMA cluster, while the recent breakout was accompanied by increased volume, confirming stronger buyer participation. After the breakout, price formed another short-term accumulation zone around $2,380–2,490, which can become the base for the next move. The key support levels are $2,381 and $2,218; as long as ETH remains above these areas, the bullish structure remains intact. The first major target is $2,923, followed by $3,365, while a sustained breakout above $3,365 would open the way toward the major $4,163 resistance zone. The CCI has recovered sharply and is currently above the zero line, supporting the positive momentum, although a short-term consolidation or retest of the breakout area would be normal before continuation. Fundamentally, the background is also becoming more supportive: U.S. spot Ethereum ETFs recorded approximately $180M of net inflows on August 25, marking the seventh consecutive day of positive flows, with BlackRock’s ETHA accounting for about $146M. In addition, institutional Ethereum products are increasingly incorporating staking: Grayscale’s Ethereum Staking ETF has moved to a structure that allows staking rewards to be distributed to shareholders, while Fidelity has also established arrangements allowing the ether held by its ETF to be staked. This combination of improving technical structure, ETF demand and growing institutional access to staking strengthens the medium-term bullish case. The main confirmation remains a sustained move above $2,923, while a loss of $2,218 would weaken the current bullish scenario and require a reassessment of the structure.
