Instead of immediately treating the sell-off as a bearish reversal, we focused on how price was reacting around the recent support zone and whether buyers were actually stepping back in. 📊 My META Setup META recently dropped sharply from the $590–$600 area and closed at approximately $549.90 on August 21. The stock is now sitting in an important decision zone after several volatile sessions. The level I’m watching most closely is $540–$555. 🟢 Bullish Scenario If META holds the $540 area and reclaims $555 with strong momentum, I’d look for a recovery toward: • TP1: $570 • TP2: $590 • TP3: $600 The idea is not to chase the first green candle. I want to see buyers prove that the recent pullback is finding support. 🔴 Bearish Scenario If price loses $540 decisively, the bullish setup becomes much weaker. In that case, I’d watch the next downside area around $525–$530. ⚠️ Risk Management My invalidation for the bullish idea would be a sustained break below the $540 support zone. I’d rather miss a trade than force an entry without confirmation. 💡 What Discord Changed For Me The biggest takeaway from discussing this setup with other traders was simple: don’t trade your prediction trade the reaction.
