A Panama-flagged cargo vessel sank off India's eastern coast on Saturday. The ship carried twenty-four crew members, including twenty Chinese nationals. Indian Coast Guard vessels were dispatched for a search and rescue mission. Two individuals were rescued from life rafts while the search continues. The vessel was carrying iron ore to Singapore after departing from Paradip port.
