Warlock: Dungeons and Dragons posts a series of short instagram videos teasing D&D-inspired spells and an upcoming gameplay reveal.Warlock Teases Eldritch Blast and More Spells View this post on Instagram Warlock: Dungeons and Dragons was first teased during as cinematic reveal back in 2025, but the team behind the game has been mostly quiet since then. Some new plot details were revealed at Gen Con 2026 a few weeks ago, when the D&D team unveiled that the protagonist’s patron is Tasha.With Gamescom right around the corner, the Warlock: Dungeons and Dragons team is suddenly posting on social media more frequently and teasing some sort of information around a handful of iconic D&D spells. The posts also confirm the earlier news that fans will be able to see the gameplay in action during Gamescom Opening Night Live.The following spells and spell descriptions have been shared on the official Warlock social media feed so far:Eldrich Blast (Cantrip) – Fire an accurate long-range beam of force to quickly destroy or damage objects and enemies.Fey Switch (Advanced Spell) – Quickly switch Kaatri’s current position for that of a monster in her vicinity.Witch Bolt (Cantrip) – Deal lightning damage and stun enemies. Gains potency and propagates within conductive nearby targets, such as liquids and metals.Gust of Wind (Cantrip) – Produce a sudden burst or continuous current of wind to push back enemies, push objects away, disperse gas or fan flames. Although Cantrip is a term that will be familiar to tabletop D&D players, it’s unclear at this time how this game will implement its magic system and how Cantrips and Advanced Spells will differ.
