When I go to a show in Los Angeles, these folks are always outside afterwards. It's not even a food truck, just a portable gas grill, cooking bacon-wrapped hot dogs, and peppers/onions. They smell really good, but the set-up seems so sketchy that I don't trust the food. It's very minimal as far as supplies... No place to wash their hands, a beat up cooler full of food on the filthy sidewalks with a flimsy folding table. They're literally standing in the gutter, nobody wears gloves, hair is not tied back, and it's a quick, temporary thing, so no inspections...
