EURTHB: Slight Bearish BiasEuro/Thai BahtSAXO:EURTHBYES_GroupFriday Recap 21/8/26 On Friday, EURTHB closed at 38.24 in the Thai market. Meanwhile, Germany’s PPI data came in stronger than expected, reflecting increased price pressures in Germany. This helped reduce expectations for further monetary policy easing by the ECB and provided short-term support for the EUR. Fundamental Analysis 24/8/26 There are no major economic data releases from the Eurozone today. As a result, the EUR is likely to be mainly driven by EURUSD movements, the direction of the USD, and overall risk sentiment. EURTHB is expected to trade within a range with a slight bearish bias. If the USD remains strong and the DXY can hold above the 99 level, it could put pressure on EURUSD and weigh on EURTHB. Meanwhile, the Thai baht may continue to strengthen amid a Risk-On environment. Later in the day, markets will focus on U.S. economic data. Stronger-than-expected results could further support the USD and increase downside pressure on EURTHB. Meanwhile, the French bond auction is expected to have only a limited impact on the EUR. Technical Analysis Bias: Sideways to Slightly Bullish EURTHB has rebounded from the key support area around 38.06 and is beginning to recover. The price is currently testing an important resistance level at 38.15. A clear break and sustained move above this level would confirm short-term bullish momentum and open the way for further upside toward the FVG resistance at 38.19. If the price can hold above 38.15, it may continue toward the 38.19 target. However, if it fails to sustain above this level and moves back below it, traders should be cautious of a false breakout, which could lead to a pullback toward the key support at 38.06. Resistance: 38.19 The next resistance area, located around the FVG zone, and the main target of the short-term rebound. Support: 38.15 A key level currently being tested. If resistance turns into support, it would help confirm short-term bullish momentum. Key Support: 38.06 A break below this level could weaken the rebound outlook and increase the risk of further downside. Target: 38.19 Cut Loss: 38.13
