Representatives for country music legend Dolly Parton, who died Tuesday at the age of 80, said she passed away following a “brief battle with cancer." Parton died at Vanderbilt-Ingram Cancer Center in Nashville, surrounded by her family.The type of cancer she had was not disclosed.
