A very hungry plant is about to take over Valletta as Little Shop of Horrors comes to Teatru Manoel this October.Masquerade Malta, in collaboration with Teatru Manoel, will bring the cult classic musical to the stage from 23rd October to 1st November 2026, promising a deliciously dark mix of romance, comedy, horror and unforgettable songs.Based on the film by Roger Corman, with a screenplay by Charles Griffith, Little Shop of Horrors features a book and lyrics by Howard Ashman and music by Alan Menken, the composer behind Disney classics including The Little Mermaid, Aladdin and Beauty and the Beast.The story follows Seymour Krelborn, a shy and down-on-his-luck florist who discovers a strange and exotic plant.
