Michael Kaskey-Blomain•Add Sporting News on GoogleCleveland Browns legend Nick Chubb officially announced his retirement from the NFL after eight seasons. Chubb played seven of his eight seasons in Cleveland, where he compiled the third-most rushing yards (6,843) and rushing touchdowns (51) in franchise history. A major knee injury in 2023 kind of derailed Chubb's career and forced him to retire earlier than he might have otherwise. Despite this though, he walks away from the football field with no regrets. "I say this to all my brothers still on the field, still in the heat of it: There's a life waiting for you after football, too. And health is the real wealth," Chubb said regarding retirement. "I end my career in a great place. Even though there are some things I wish had happened differently, I can say that I have no regrets."This story will be updated.
