$MSMGF Has the potential for life changing gains... Grid Metals Corp.OTC_DLY:MSMGFBrandonOsborne$GRDM.V / MSMGF — Weekly Chart Setting Up for a Major Breakout Grid Metals looks increasingly interesting on the weekly chart. The stock has spent roughly the last year building a large base, and we’re now pressing into the upper end of that range with a significant improvement in volume. A confirmed weekly breakout above the recent resistance zone would be the first real technical change of character I’ve seen in quite some time. Fundamentally, I think the setup is even more interesting than the chart: • Maiden NI 43-101 MRE underway at Falcon West for cesium + lithium • Grid retains 85% of Falcon West • Avenir Minerals, an Agnico Eagle subsidiary, invested C$3.75M for 15% of Falcon West and ~9.9% of Grid • Avenir has an option following the MRE to increase its Grid ownership to 19.99% at a 10% premium to the applicable 30-day VWAP • Additional project-level option could take Avenir to 30% of Falcon West following later development milestones • Teck, Boliden and other strategic relationships provide substantial third-party funding/validation across Grid’s broader portfolio • Donner already hosts a 6.81Mt inferred lithium resource at 1.39% Li2O • Grid also has significant Ni-Cu-PGE exposure at Makwa-Mayville • Metals across the board have been breaking substantially higher What I find remarkable is the valuation. Grid is still only a roughly C$30–35M company despite having a strategic Agnico subsidiary invested directly in both the company and Falcon West, a maiden cesium MRE approaching, millions in cash, an existing lithium resource and multiple major mining companies spending or potentially spending substantially more advancing Grid’s assets. The market doesn’t need to suddenly value every asset. If Falcon West alone begins receiving a credible strategic-minerals valuation after the MRE, the current enterprise value starts looking very small. Technically, that’s why I’m watching this weekly setup so closely. A breakout with sustained volume could signal that the market is finally beginning to price the fundamental developments that have occurred while the stock spent the last year basing. I’m already a significant shareholder and have continued adding, so obviously biased. Do your own DD. Watching for confirmation rather than calling the breakout before it happens.
