Instead, it is set inside the fictional Hotel Hightower, where explorer Harrison Hightower III vanished after stealing the cursed Shiriki Utundu idol. The company is renowned for its high degree of refurbishment standards across Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo DisneySea, both of which it owns and operates via a licensing deal with The Walt Disney Company.Tower of Terror’s closure still leaves plenty to do at Tokyo DisneySea.
